- This machine is mainly composed of left and right wall panels, workbench, upper beam, rear feeding device, knife holder sliding seat, numerical control electrical system, pressing device, pneumatic system and cooling device.
- This machine adopts frame structure design, high-strength bolt connection, good overall rigidity and small deformation. The beam of the machine is fixed and the sheet material is fed by the rear feeding device. The interchangeable table anvil can ensure the parallelism between the work surface and the beam guide surface, and the important use rate is high, and the adjustment is convenient and fast.
- This machine adopts floor-standing rear feeding device, rolling linear guide pair and ball screw drive. The distance that the feed beam moves can be read directly from the touch screen of the CNC console, and the digital display resolution is 0.001mm.
- The tool holder slide is driven by 4.4KW servo motor, synchronous belt drive, longitudinal reciprocating motion along a set of parallel rolling linear guides on the beam. The vertical lifting of the tool holder is dragged by two 0.85KW servo motors to control the groove depth. The depth value can be directly read from the touch screen of the numerical control console, and the digital display resolution is 0.001mm.
- The materializing device is a compacting action of the metal sheet during the grooving process, which is realized by the hydraulic system.
